If you face any issue with your order, you may request a return under the conditions mentioned below.
1. Return Eligibility
A product will be eligible for return only if one or more of the following conditions are met:
Product received is damaged or defective
Wrong item delivered
Product received is missing parts or accessories
Product is not as described on the website

You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
Return requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.
β Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized printed products
Personal hygiene products
Beauty and skincare items
Used, mishandled, or damaged products
Products without original box, packaging, or accessories
Items with tampered seal or missing serial number
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
Share your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the product & packaging
Our quality team will review the issue and approve/reject the return
If approved, a pickup will be arranged from your address
The returned product must be handed over in its original condition & packaging
3. Conditions for Return Approval
A return will be accepted only if:
The issue is verified by our quality team
The product is unused and in original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and labels are intact
Damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery
4. Cancellation Policy (Updated & Expanded)
We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order.
To ensure a smooth experience, please review our cancellation terms below:
β Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped from our warehouse.
If you request cancellation during this stage, the order will be cancelled immediately, and no further action is required.
Orders placed using COD can also be cancelled before shipping.
β Cancellation Not Allowed After Shipment
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Shipping, packing, and courier processing begin immediately after dispatch, so the shipment cannot be stopped midway.
In such cases, you may only request a return after receiving the product, provided it meets our return eligibility criteria.
β Important Notes
If the customer refuses delivery or the courier marks the parcel as “RTO β Customer Rejected,” future orders may be restricted to avoid misuse.
Frequent cancellations may lead to temporary or permanent account/order blocking.
Any promotional discounts or offers used in a cancelled order may not be reinstated.
